Illegal is a great mare with a large show record and a great work ethic. She is extremely trainable and a pleasure to work around on the farm. If I want to take a horse out for a trail ride or school in the arena, she is one of my very first choices. Although she's pretty much only shown in working western events, she does have some training in basic english flatwork and jumping, which seems to have improved her ability to perform in the show ring. It's not unexpected that she should also be good at english events, seems how her sire competed in hunter under saddle and over fences. We are excited to welcome her first foal in 2011!
